thinkers only please!

the continent finds itself at a time when the mood of the need to have its young people shape and sharpen its destiny. there is no doubt that we need african solutions to african problems. the  issue i find critical is that young africans must show that they are strategic thinkers. as a way forward we need thinkers who come up with new input only . the bootlickers, cheerleaders, looters and trooters must stay behind the touch line. we need young africans who can stand out and boldly speak of the achievements they have made and not shy away under the auspices of being humble. if all of us become humble and keep quiet, then where will the next generation of leaders in africa find their inspiration. i have to say that i went through a 10 year  mentorship programme which was run by the united nations. it was called the world class performance mentorship programme. in short. it helped me to understand that i am an oratory genius  and showed me what to do with my  genius.i  am an ambassodor for entrepreneurship in africa. i am selling the  motto of the new entrepreneurial revolution in africa. the motto reads, determine your value, determine your salary.other achievers must arise. the army is charging !
